Photo processing

The selected photo and analysis stay in the active browser tab. Odvero does not upload or store the photo, face locations, crop, or generated print sheet. Static model files are downloaded from passport-photo.odvero.com.

Retention

Closing or resetting the tool discards the active work. The service does not create an account, photo identifier, database record, or cloud copy of the selected photo.

Device boundary

Local processing reduces data transfer but does not guarantee that your device, browser, extensions, or network environment is secure.

Contact form

When you contact support, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to Odvero support through Resend, our email delivery provider. The server also applies a short-lived, best-effort request limit using the client network address to reduce abuse. This contact-form data is separate from photo processing.

Support retention and control

Odvero keeps support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history, prevent abuse, and meet legal or security obligations. To request deletion of a support conversation, use the contact form from the same email address and identify the conversation. Odvero cannot recover or delete a photo or active result because those items are never received or stored.

Safe support requests

Send only browser/version, device type, selected mode, and visible error text. Do not send a photo, passport application, identifying document, or a screenshot containing them.
